What does the STONE Subscription include?
Each subscription plan includes:
- A design espresso machine and grinder
- Regular deliveries of our exclusive whole-bean coffee blend
- Free support in case of damage
What is the monthly cost?
Our plans start from just EUR79/month, with customized rates based on the machine and grinder you select.
Included: delivery, support, and no hidden costs.
Do I own the machine and grinder?
The machine and grinder are included with an active subscription. They remain the property of our service for the full duration of the subscription, but after 30 months they can become yours.
Can I pause, change, or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely yes. After the first 6 months, you decide how to continue.
Is the machine covered by warranty?
Your machine is fully covered for the entire duration of the subscription.
What if the machine breaks or needs replacement?
Just send a report to our support team at service@stone-espresso.com and we will take care of everything: collection and replacement within a few days.
How does the return process work?
Simply place the machine in the packaging we provided. Our courier will come and collect it.
Can I purchase the machine?
Yes! If you want to purchase the machine and grinder, you can activate the buyout option, visible directly in your online account.
And if you keep your subscription active for 30 consecutive months, the machine will be yours.
Is STONE easy to use?
Our machines are designed to give you cafe-quality coffee at home, with just a few simple steps and maximum flavor.
Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately no. At the moment, we do not offer the option to pause the subscription or change the payment date.
What happens if I do not pay on time?
If a payment is late, it may result in service suspension and cancellation of the contract. In this case, we will ask you to return the machine.
If the machine and grinder are not returned, a penalty will be applied for each day of delay in delivery, without prejudice to compensation for any greater damage.
